Just thought I let you know that Nominets public register shows the website registered to:

If you do a search on 118118 you get the telephone number: Removed

Not sure if this helps.
Just a quick post to let everyone know that we got an email from Alex. He did register the domain name, but only on behalf of New Forest Lapland Ltd (looks like he owns a web support company).
He insists that he handed the domain name over and has absolutely nothing to do with them.

Hi, I work at Fire FM in Bournemouth. Would anyone like to voice their opinions for the radio station? It would be a great way of informing people and warning them about your experiences.

Please call 01202 443607

Thanks, Stu

Ok then, having gone to Matchams to watch the banger racing and finding that it was a waste of money, I looked at the 'lapland' with great interest. I worked it out to be £110 for 4 adults and my 19month old. I had a feeling that it would all be a bit rubbish, so I thought 'nah'! Glad that I did now!!!!

I take it that fire fm don't sponsor the racing down there anymore!!

Stu - I tried to call your station yesterday but couldn't get through. I spoke to 2CR, who had been running an advertising campaign for the 'event' and who were subsequently meeting to decide whether it should be suspended (I very much hope it was). Just wondered if Lapland New Forest were running any advertising on your station?

Hi
I am a mum of 6 and a grandmother of 4, I also own Siberian huskies ,
I know what the real Lapland UK is like and its wonderful, we have been down there with our dogs to meet and greet people. so to see this heartless rip off upsets me greatly, I just hope that all the kids that went through this awful experiance have a wonderful christmas and the owners of the lapland dorest get sued, then they can't do this again
So sad so many familys have lost the money they have worked hard for and saved'

Cheers
Terry

I thought the fact that the huskies were being led around by young girls a bit worrying allowing children to go up and stroke them! If i'm not wrong these are wild dangerous animals and could easily turn on a child or even adult! I'm sure the girls handling them could not have done a thing to stop them. I must also add the dogs looked terrified and i would not allow my child to go near the, not just for safety reasons but to leave the poor dogs alone.

Are people still going to this thing or is it shut down? I couldnt help but laugh when we got there, people were just standing around thinking it must have been a sick joke. I only stopped laughing when i saw the look of sheer disapoinment and misery on my childs face.

Huskies are not wild animals! they are just a breed of dog that have a specific purpose just like border collies.

Lots of people own Huskys as domestic pets, our friend has one and is a complete softy.

They were on about this lapland place on Jeremy Vine Radio 2.
