Yes StirCrazy, I believe it is...or at least another of his enterprises. I also have ANOTHER address from contacting a member on another site, which was obtained through the Royal Mail tagging the PO Box number on the website (they did this because you can't send letters by recorded delivery if they're a PO Box no). This is an address in Hove, which I'm happy to supply if anyone want to PM me.

At the end of the day the company is a separate entity but Victor Mears is currently the only shareholder and director. There would also have to be an individual or longstanding reputed company responsible for the chargeback risk a bank would have provided to accept the huge amount of debit and credit card payments. You are protected by the consumer credit act if you paid by credit card and as the web site is now closed and the company is uncontactable you have good grounds for re-imbursement. Good luck.

i thought it was a complete rip off i paid £100 for me and my friends and the only good thing about it was a stall i went on where you hook a santa sack and you get the bag and the three presents inside the bag all for £2.I thought it was great,that was the only thing that made me smile.
