Just bought LO first ever Christmas Pressies!

So, I have just bought my little unborn baby girl her very first Christmas presents! She will only be about 1 week old so we're not going mad but I bought her:

Tomy Dreamshow in Pink (For the moses basket)
Lamaze - My Friend Emily doll
Skummis Rattle

Anyone have any other toy ideas for buying for a newborn baby girl? I have too many cloths so it has to be toys! I fancy a glowowrm for her and I love Waybuloo but think it will be a while before she appreciates that! I have also seen some sock and wrist rattles and black and white baby books which look quite good.

aw they all sound like nice things! i'm not sure what i'll be getting my LO, i want to get him a nice playmat with a babygym attached kinda thing as that is the only thing i can think of that he hasn't already been bought! i can't wait to dress him up in a little santa outfit or something haha xx

He loves it tbh, we put it on at night in his moses basket and i he reconizes it as night time now and loves watching/listening too it =]

for cadens first xmas last year i gt him a winnie the pooh soft musical bear that holds i little teddy that lights up, u cud gt them all winnie tigger eeyore n piglet, u can still gt em have seen them about, i gt mine from wilkinsons was £10 i think

Great choices!!

I (well, holly) has a my friend emily doll and it is the best thing i have ever brought for her!!! She still plays with it now and its by far her fave thing!!!

She also has a dreamshow which looks gorge and isnt quite as annoying as a mobile!!

More fab ideas, thanks girls. I have bought her two disney dvds while they are on bogof, Tinkerbell and Nemo, I know she can't have them yet but I'm starting a collection! Also got her a pink waybuloo toy. That's it now (hopefully) although I'm tempted by the seahorse now

I enjoy buying things for the baby more than myself, prob cos I'm a big kid at heart and I love all these things!
