We bd last night and it kinda burned and itched...not TOO bad but enough to bother me. I'm assuimg a yeast infection is starting up. I had one about three months ago and got some meds from the store and only used alittle bit so have tons left.

I have two questions? Should i go ahead and use the meds b4 the yeast gets out of control and is it safe for ttc?

Also...is having a yeast infection going to kill the spermies???? Im glad its only cd9 and hopefully will be gone in two days...

Just feeling a little sad, we've been TTC since September and to be honest not exactly going at it (that doesn't sound good! but you know what I mean!)

I've not been using any OV kits etc, though to be honest I haven't really got a clue where to start with all of this!

Anyway this month we had worked out exactly when the best time to :sex: would be and I've been feeling as sick as a dog, sore boobs and beyond tired and I just quietly thought... maybe.

But then :witch: this morning 5 days early! And even though we've only just started trying and I apologise to those ladies who've been trying for forever for sounding so petty I couldn't help but feel a little sad.

I have always had a feeling it wouldn't be a quick process for us - OH is a chef, i'm overweight etc! But for a few days I couldn't help but start to feel relief x

Is it possible that I missed the 'surge' for the OPK between 6pm the day before and yesterday lunchtime?? and the faint line was just the end of it?

My cycles are pretty regular 27/28 days since coming of the BCP at end of June

This is my first month charting but I usually have 32-35 days cycles so I was thinking I would likely O within the next 3 days. I suppose it is possible I just tested with my OPK too early in the day but wouldn't the line be getting darker (or be there at all) if I am getting closer to O?

i went to see my GP and she said because my cycles been on time every 32 days for the past 4 month, and we did concieve naturally the 1st time, just to keep trying :cry:

I went with it (at 18 what did I know?) and I am wondering now if that proceedure may have affected the way my cervix feels?
I know that everyone is very different, but in general it seems like those of us who have not had children should expect a round cervical os, and those of you who have already had a child feel an os that is more slit like.
Mine feels like the later.

I'm really confused & hoping someone can help:)

I started using OPKs on cycle day 15 (usually my cycle is 30+days). I got a positive result last thursday and again last friday so assumed I would ovulate shortly after but my temperature hasn't shifted at all. In fact my temps have been all over the place (it's my first month charting) and now I've got what I think is my period today. I've heard of ovulatory bleeding but i suspect this is too heavy to be that, and also given that i haven't noticed a temperature change in the last 4 days i presumably haven't ovulated at all. I'm not so worried about that because I know it's not unusual to have some months where you don't ovulate, but I'm more worried about the fact that I've got my period only 4 days after my first positive OPK. I had egg-white CM all last week also so it all pointed to ovulation. Anyone experienced this before?

Also i should add i've been taking B complex vits and EPO for the last month.

I have been trying to for a baby since may this year. the first month we tried I believe I fell pregnant but unfortunately I came on, very heavy & crampy, backache and i had clots.

nothing happened for 2 months.

the next time I fell pregnant, I done an early HPT and it was positive, but unfortunately the same thing happened. but even though I get a positive HPT, by the time I go and get a blood test it comes back negative.

my doctor said its normal, and not to do an early test, and try to relax.

I have taken his advice but I believe has happened 3 times since. what is so depressing is that i feel like no one believes that i am getting pregnant - because i have no way to prove its happening.

each time, It seems that I spend less and less time being in the early stages of pregnancy, - the first month i thought i was pregnant, i had the symptoms for about a week, and then as each month goes by i have the symptoms for less and less time.

Is this normal? has anyone else experienced this, and then found a problem/ become pregnant?

My DH takes the generic Target brand daily multivitamin. It includes Zinc 15mg, Selenium 105mcg, C 90mg, E 45IU, Aolic Acid 400mcg, Lycopene 600mcg. I've heard that all of these can help improve their fertility.

Is there anything else that can help? Or is there a certain amount that he should be taking every day?

I'm really confused. I was due for af 6days ago but have had nothing. Had a few cramps when I was due etc.. but past couple of days my cramps have completely stopped.

Today have had a little bit of brown spotting/light bleeding but hardly anything when I wipe. It's now a little dark reddish but mostly brown. I'm confused because I have no cramps, no lower backache, no aching thighs.. nothing.

Is this a period or what? It certainly doesn't feel like it :confused:

I am usually one to have intense cramping and curled up in bed with a hot water bottle. Yet, I feel as though I'm in the middle of my cycle, no pain or anything!

I don't get it???

I was talking to my friend the other day and she said that I might find it hard to get PG because I dont weigh alot for my height .. which I had never thought about before really.
I know that whenever I go to the doctor she does nag me about my weight, that I am not a healthy weight for my height and I should put on weight etc etc. I weigh 7st 10 and im 5ft 6, which gives me a bmi of about 17.5
BUT I like being at the weight I am, like it suits my frame if you get what I mean? and also I dont have much of an appetite really, so I find it very hard to put on weight anyways (unless the witch is here LOL .. chocolate!)

Well ladies we have been TTC for 9 months and i have finally got my first ever positive OPK. I am so excited I have spent the last 10 mins running around the house like a mad women!:rofl: I cried for a while as i was so overwhelmed and could not believe i have finally got there. I was on the depro for so many years I was concerned that I may be infertile, but i think that is not the case, FX my temps will now raise over the next day or two and Ovulation will be confirmed. FF says I should ovulate around day 15 which is in 2 days I am on CD13 today so the timiong of my Positive OPK is perfect. Come on Ovulation!!!!!!!:happydance::happydance::happydance:

To summarize:

A woman tested at 10 DPO and got a :bfn:
And than tested again at 18 DPO to get a :bfp:!

How did she wait a whole nother EIGHT days before testing again?

Theres also some good info that *I* never knew: you cant get a :bfp: until after implantation has occured (this may seem obvious to some people, but I had no idea!) and even still, it may be a few days after.... and it could even take 10-12 days for implantation to occur after conception? Again, I had no idea!

(This is where it may be TMI!) :blush: I looked into the toliet and along with his "stuff" was a little bit of my blood mixed up in with it. So I figured I was starting my period. That was this morning and I haven't had any bleeding since.

Do you think there's a chance I'm still in the game, or is the :witch: most likely here? Being so far past my normal LP made me hopeful, but now that there was a little blood I'm confused and am sure it's over this cycle.

Has anyone who has just had the implant taken out had any problems with their cycles?

Here is my story:

I had the implant taken out in sept as DH and I have decided to try for baby no 2.

I bleed for a couple of days two weeks after having it taken out then a couple of weeks later had a normal 5-7 day cycle.

My 2nd cycle was abit strange, I bled slightly from 24th oct for a couple of days which was pinkish not a normal af that i have had. then on 31st I had bright red af for a couple of days.

Im abit confused on when I should be expecting af but know that it would be the next week or so.

I had a couple of days light bleeding from sunday to tuesday which was very slight but enough to use a towel. Nothing has happened since then except this morning when I wiped I had abit of blood which was bright red with a couple of clots. That was it nothing else today.

Do you think this could be me going to have af soon?

is anyone else having problems with their cycles that they dont normally experience.

Would really be grateful for some advice on this please.
