I have only been TTC this time around for 6 months but i am already tired of the rollercoaster. I so badly want more bubs but its gettting so so hard.

I usually have a pretty regular 26-28 day cycle with my next AF due on the 15th. Leading up to AF i usually get killer sore bbs, so i know whats coming...this month i got no sore bbs at all, not even a little bit sensitve, and a little cramping round 6dpo...DH and i dtd last night n today I am bleeding...lighter then normal, no cramping, but i just know its AF coming 5 days early...i feel like boycotting sex if its gonna do this to me haha.

It took 3 mths to conceive my twins 6 years ago n really thought it would be that 'easy' this time too...it doesn't help that i have only been off anti depressants for 3 mths...why is having a baby so hard...n why do those who don't want more fall so easily...theres no fairness :cry:

I need some advice. I had an internal and external ultrasound scan last week and was diagnosed with PCOS. Obviously the scan checked my ovaries but does it check everything - like tubes, etc. Or is it purely to check ovaries alone?

well i didnt get preg last cycle and had no internet for a few weeks so i couldnt write u guys but im back!!!....anyways i have a question...if u have very little cm can u still get preg? im trying for the last month till i get preseed....today im on day cd 15 and i ovulated cd 11 but i only bd on cd 9 and hubby is out of town till feb 19th so i think im out...the weird thing is i just had a ....tmi.....huge glob of creamy cm just now and i NEVER have that much cm if any...good sign?? idk :(

Almost half way threw this 2ww! Any advice?!

Hello ladies :)
Today I am 5 dpo. To be honest, I have seemed to stay more calm during this 2ww! :thumbup:
The only symptoms I have had are this:
-Yesterday (4dpo): I have some very mild cramping on my right side.
-Now today at 5dpo: I have had some mild cramping on and off all day. I also had some shooting pains around the right side/middle of my lower abdomen that lasted like 2 seconds :laugh2: I also had some shooting pain in my armpit/side of breast a couple times today as well. And I am still cramping. I have little to no cm.

Am I just going crazy? Or does this sound pretty promising? :shrug:

Almost half way threw this 2ww!:happydance:

Also, if that did happen to be implantation (I know a long shot!), would I have some spotting? How common is that?

Hello ladies

I've been quiet on here for the last few days as AF arrived on the 5th which sent me into a bit of a mood for a few days, but it was pretty painless and short for a change (4 days compared to 7) and I'm really happy I can get back to work now ;) lol

I don't temp or use OPK's as I tend to over-stress myself with these things, and I will NOT NOT NOT be testing early this month. I drove myself crazy last month testing way too early and it was just a really big let down :( Luckily me and the OH both have a pretty high sex drive and so BD'ing every other night isn't too difficult, although I do sometimes work til late at night which can be a pain :(

The last two cycles I have had have been short compared to my usual cycles and I have managed to gain a few lbs too which I think has made a difference (My bmi was 17.5 and is now 18.1, I don't look scarily underweight just naturally slim but still worried it's effecting my chances)

This is my 3rd cycle of TTC baby number 2 now and I am going for the relaxed and chilled out plan this month, fx I can stick to it lol GL all and lots of BFP's to all!!!

Ever since DH and I BD'd three days ago, my cervix has been pointing backwards towards my rear. When I check the position, the side is normally where the opening would be. I've never had it stay in that position for so long, is this anything I should be concerned about?

So I have had a really confusing cycle and am on CD 30. I changed FF to OPK watch today, because it said I didnt O today, and I took a wondofo OPK at 9 and it was positive, took a digital OPK at 1 and it was negative, took another Wondofo at 5 and positive. I have a pic of the first one, but do not know how to upload it. Can the digitals be wrong?

I am new to the group and soooo glad everyone is so supportive on this site. My husband and I have been ttc for a few months. This month we decided to splurge and got preseed and clear blue easy digital ovulation tests. I started them on Sunday and I got my first smiley face (yeaaaa!). Now today, 4 days later, I tested again and I got another smiley face. I am paranoid so I figured I would keep taking the tests and see what they said. Now I am confused as to why I would have 2 surges in one month. Yesterday morning I took a test and it was negative. Not a huge suprise as it hadn't been that long. Yesterday afternoon I had some dark red discharge and got excited thinking it may be implanting as this is what happened when we concieved our son who is now 2 years old. My breasts are also slightly tender but I don't know if it is my mind playing tricks on me or not. Kinda going crazy over here!:wacko:

Any answers would be greatly appreciated, i had my period last wednesday (1/02/12) which only lasted for two days it wasnt unusually heavy but noticed a few tiny clots in it anyway it just stopped on fri mornin (3/02/12) i had no period pains with it and this is very unusual for me as they usually last me 4-5 days with quite bad cramps, a week or so before this happened i had very strong ovulation pain and did have unprotected sex that day and every other day since as we have been trying for a baby for a while :baby:, today i have noticed that i have period pains as if my period is coming, i have taken tests since last week every few days but they are all negative :nope:, i have had the odd nausea feeling, metalic taste in mouth, excessive thirst, tired more than normal, bloating could i be pregnant or do you think it may be someting else or am i testing too early??? I have asked my doctor for a blood test as have been told they are more accurate but they said they dont do them for that anymore. Can anybody shed some light on whether they think i may be pregnant? thankyou.

Last week I had an HSG done that showed 2 blocked tubes. My doctor said that spasms are a possibility, but it doesn't commonly happen in both tubes at once. He didn't get into much while we were in radiology. Told me to schedule an appointment within the next week and we would discuss everything. My appointment is tomorrow morning. I have no clue what to expect! I've been driving myself nuts for a week. What would the next steps be? Lap? It's so overwhelming. I know I will have a plan tomorrow... I'm just making myself so much more nervous than I think I need to be. Is a lap done as an outpatient?? Thanks :)

Hello ladies, I've been absent from here for the last couple of months as I have been struggling with the amount of stress I was putting on myself with TTC. I have tried to take a more laid back approach but I'm finding it so hard when it comes to the ends of my cycle. I feel awful whinging as I know some ladies have been trying much longer than me and I'm sorry if I offend anyone with this post.

I'm now 16dpo, 2 or 3 days late and I've had 2bfn's. I'm now playing the waiting game :cry:. Any tips on how you wonderful ladies cope with this month in, month out?

Insensitive friend or me being over dramatic?

So last month I was 7 days late for af the day it showed up I was talking to my pregnant friend on the phone and let out my sadness and frustration to her. The same day She then decided to turn up on my doorstep with her ultra sound DVD that she got done a week prior (it's not like she only got it done and she knew how upset i was and put it on my tv). I had to fight back the tears and act happy for her (which I done) I let it go and just thought she didn't really think about it and moved on. This brings Me to today. I get a MSG from my friend asking what I'm doing today and I replied that af got me and I'm staying home watching movies all day. Then she replied that's ok the baby is kicking me lots today!! WTF!!?? It feels like every time I'm down she just has to kick me a little bit more?? Am I being to sensitive?? Or is she being an outright bitch!!?? :growlmad:

so me and husband starting ttc on my december cycle, i did not give much thought to symptom spotting then.
Then on my January cycle i thought i had what may of been implantation bleeding, i had pinkish blood only when wiping 9 dpo, then had very sore bb's
but then got my AF 2 days after it was due.

Now on my febraury cycle my husband has been really ill, so we did not get a chance to try. Now i have not had any symptoms or feelings what so ever.
Is this normal? or could it have been implantation bleeding.

My only concern is i have seizures and i started having them at 12dpo, could this have affected implantation being successful or not?
any help or advice would be great

I called to make an appointment with a regular OB/GYN since my husband just got insurance again. To my surprise, they said since we have been TTC for 18 months, they would give me an appointment with an RE. I went to a GYN in October but my husband lost his insurance before we could do anything so this will be my first experience with testing and all that goes along with it. I was told that the first appointment will be an hour long consultation with no exam. I want to know what to expect when I go there. Though I know it is different with every doctor, what basically happens during this appointment? Is there anything I should ask him about what he is going to do or anything that would be important to know? I'm very excited about it. I don't temp so I can't take charts because my previous GYN said that temping isn't necessary and if you get a surge on an OPK, that's good enough. I'm very happy to have a doctor that has as much experience with infertility as he does. I'm just nervous that he is a male doctor. I have only ever gone to female GYN and actually would have preferred one but he is the only RE at this practice. Any tips on how to be comfortable about it? My DH won't be going with me...is there any information I should get from him prior to going so I can tell the doctor if he asks? When I do manage to get pregnant, would he be my OB/GYN or would I have to find a regular OB/GYN? Any information will be super helpful. I'm super excited because I thought going to an RE would happen after I did all basic testing at a regular GYN. :happydance:

Just asking because I took a IC two days ago, left it in the pot and went downstairs. Came back up and there were two pink lines, albeit one faint. Got excited, obviously :haha:, then tested for about two hours straight :rofl:

Only thing is I had the faaaaintest line on one of the other tests, but the rest were :bfn:. I've been testing again and again since then, and it seems to be negative. Took a digi too and it was neg.

I've kept the first 'positive' IC, and I can still see the line without having to squint, or anything. I can see it from a distance too. It's defo pink. And it hasn't disappeared. I got evaps on one of my other ICs, and it was def an evap. Gray, and very thin. But this one looks like an early :bfp:

Do you think it's possible the longer exposure to the urine helped it pick up HCG easier, or do you think it's a falsie?

10 days late, could I be pregnant?

I got my period on January 3rd. I skipped my 2nd week of birth control pills and I got breakthrough bleeding on the 19th for like 2 or 3 days. I was supposed to get my period on February 3rd but I didn't. I had unprotected sex all the time, and I didn't end up finishing the rest of the pack, could I be pregnant, or did the breakthrough bleeding count as my period. I have been feeling kind of nauseous, and my fiancee said my boobs do look bigger, also I am completely exhausted. I wasn't on birth control to not get pregnant, it was for painful periods, so before I run out and buy a test just wanted to to see if that bleeding I got was my period, or if i am indeed late. My period is always regular, so just kind of wondering, thanks!

can anyone who's stopped the combined pill to get pregnant give me alittle advice.

Hi all well .... earlier last week i finished my 1st pack of combined pill and i had no period for a week. I told my OH throughout the week that i should take a pregnancy test. AF arrived today and I told OH and we sat down and decided to try for baby no.2 ! :) so I was wondering for all you ladies out there how long did it take for everything to go back to normal ie fertility and ovulation. We gave up TTC about 2 months ago. I wanted to enjoy my sex life and we are accepting that we will be an only child family. But I realized I havent had AF since the end of Dec and my breasts have been sore for weeks.

Can't get my hopes up though. I've had very promising cycles that turned to nothing. I've tried vitex, clomid, I'm done. I am such a cynic now. :( 42 cycles of stark white tests will do that to you, I guess.

But I need to test since it's been almost 50 days.. how long should I hold pee and what kind of digi should I get?

Slippery CM- Late Period

This is so frustrating. My period was due Sunday or Wed. I track my cm and do ovulation tests. According to the calendar I should have ovulated on a Sunday, but my cm indicated on Wed. Either way, it is late. I used a dollar tree cheap test on Monday morning, got a fairly pink line. However, I think it was an evap because I walked away after two minutes and didn't come back for a couple hours. I retested with an FRER yesterday morning and it was negative. So I am assuming I am not pregnant. But I have been having lots of slippery cm. It changes between bathroom trips from creamy to slippery, but lots of both. Any ideas??

Okay, so I took a IC two days ago at 8DPO. I got this -

However, I have been testing at least two to three times a day, once with FMU, since then and all :bfn:. I keep thinking I see the faintest line, but that could be my imagination ...

HCG doubles every 48 hours, right? So surely I should have got a darker line by now? I am 10DPO! And going by my chart, I think I implanted 5DPO.

I'm losing hope here :cry:

Not sure this is the right section sorry if its not...
hi just a question i usually have a 28 day cycle but last month got +opk on cd 19 then my lp was only 10 days. Going by another 28 day cycle this month i should of had af today with no show. Well i had +opk on cd 22 so this would make me only 6dpo (and only a 6 day lp) so should i expect af on cd 32 this would mean another 10 day lp which would make more sense. Its just weird why this cycle is more then 28 days long and i dont even feel like the witch is comming!!. Also ive read that having a lp under 10 days is very short, Im just looking for some info as its way too early to start testing!!! thoughts appriciated xx

I turned my CBFM on this morning (CD6) and it asked for a stick and i just thought to myself..... here we go again....I really can't be arsed with it all this month!!:nope:

Bleeding after oral or sex~?

I don't exactly know what happened ... as we didn't notice till the
end but im thinking it was after foreplay it happened.. but it
got abit rough :lol: and im guessing im not used to that we don't
tend to be like that much really.. but after everything anyway we
noticed blood on his hand and on me etc and wondered where it
came from.. and i went to the loo and wiped and there was blood
not much :shrug:

Does anyone know what this could be.. if he cut me or something?
and if its a problem while ttc just abit concerned thats all.. never
had bleeding after oral or sex :shrug: .. specially not while ttc :shrug:

married on 7th feb-
CD30 on 10th feb2011;
CD36 in mar11,
CD31 in april,
CD32 in may11,
CD30 in june11,STARTED TTC
CD 31 in july11,
CD60 in aug-sep11 after HCG 1000 on CD45.. diagnosed PCO,
CD28 in oct11,
CD28 in nov11,
CD29 on 28th dec11,
CD42 on 8thfeb10
had UTI in mar,aug,jan put on cefixime and topical antifungals
consulted infertility clinic on 4thfeb, they BMI-25.3, TSH n PROLACTIN TEST
Appt on 16th feb ON CD7 for 3DUSG..
I am upset now as last cycle had all early pregnancy symptoms except nausea and BFP...
SO will rewrite my symptom here on this cycle..
On CD2 at present..

I had our darling daughter Olivia on 18th January, unfortunately she was just too good for this world and was stillborn. Me and OH are going to try again once I've had my first normal period as i'm still bleeding from giving birth. Now, I have spina bifida oculta (very very mild case) so I have to have a higher dose of folic acid anyway. But, I am also Iron deficient aneamic (so I will start taking iron) and I have other things too which I don't need to take anything for while trying or when pregnant. What other vitamins would you recommend? I can't take pregnacare because it had folic acid and iron in it which I am already taking. What is vit b6? What does this do? There's so many more I see ppl talking about. Someone please help me! :flower: xx

so I have been feeling pregnant, thought it was just my mind playing tricks. But yesterday I felt very damp TMI sorry so I went to the loo to discover nothing other then white discharge with a pink blob in it, I was realeved as I thought it was a sign I could be pregnant. I am due thurs/friday as in today/tomorrow. But late last night and right now there was very light red blood only when I wipe and a dark brown dischargey blob, I also have cramps. What do u guys think, pregnant or not. I did a test last Sunday

Ok so ff confirmed my ovulation date, problem is i only bd'd at night on the day i supposidly ovulated! My lh surge was so short and it only lasted half a day, got a positive about 12 and it was negative again by 6pm so we bd'd that night but looks like i ovulated before and didnt do it in time :( im gutted because this is my last round of clomid that i have left, i had 4 rounds left over from trying for dd so i took them. I feel like its my last chance to conceive and if i dont then its back to square one! Would you lovely chart stalkers please take a look at my chart and see if you think i could be in with a chance? Since i got the positive opk i havent been able to sleep properly at night because ive been eager to know what my temp would be in the morning so they arent that accurate and i used whenmybaby.com to adjust my temps. Do you think i could have ovulated the day after it says? My chart is in my sig. Thanks for taking the time to look! :dust: to everyone x

12 days after my last period started . . . my period has started again??

So its 2 days before im due to ovulate and i think i have my period again. Last night when i went to the loo i noticed a dark brown discharge and it wasnt like blood it was like a paste?? (SORRY TMI) This morning its still like that but with a little bit of blood, not yet a full on period. I usually get wild cramping and i feel nauseated, i dont have any of that. I cant beleive this, my cycle is always regular, 28 days except for it being 3 days late in December. I actually feel pissed off! With no one to be pissed off at! lol

I was using opks and pre seed this week and now it looks like it was all a waste.

Has anyone with regular cycles ever experience this before??

I am baffled! I use the CBFM and have had highs since cd10. I'm on clomid again after 2 months off it. I also use internet cheapy opks. So on Tuesday my opk was very much positive - no mistaking it. But my monitor only said 'high'. When I took the stick out and looked there were 2 strong lines, so I don't understand. Anyway, opk was still pretty strong yesterday (though not as strong as Tuesday) but monitor still only high. Today the opk is negative and monitor still says high. I do my temps and they've started to go up but nothing conclusive yet.

Anyone got any ideas? I've got to have a day 21 blood test tomorrow and it's annoying cause I don't know if I have or not (guess the results of the blood test will tell me).

Hi there! I'm new here and so so confused!!!! Here is my dilemma:

My hubby and I are on month 3 of ttc. My last period started on January 8th, and my cycles are always, always regular and 28 days long. We did the deed starting day 10 all the way through day 18. Starting right away, I had what I for sure thought was preggo symptoms....night sweats, constant gurgling tummy, hungry, tender nipples etc.

On Jan 31, one week past when I thought I ovulated, I got light pink cm which I thought was implantation bleeding!! was so excited. Kept taking hpts every day but BFN! Then, three days later on Friday February 3rd, I started bleeding but it was brown blood for one day and then turned dark red for one day. It ended on Sunday. I have NEVER ever had spotting, or a 2.5 day period in my life. My periods start heavy and last for at least 4-5 days. Anyhow, I was convinced it could have been decidual bleeding or something and took another hpt and got a bfn still :cry:

So now comes the kicker!!!! Last night, Tuesday Feb 7th, approx what would have been day 31, or day 5 of my new cycle depending on how you look at it, decided the heck with it and to start my pack of clear blue digital OPKs.....low and behold a big fat smiley face!!!????? Followed with another hpt and still BFN!

Can someone please explain or help me understand how this would even be possible??? I know crazy unusual early periods can happen but then ovulating so early doesn't make sense to me at all :shrug: so confused and frustrated!!!!

Gah why do I have to feel like this??

I hate that I KNOW I am not ovulating and feel powerless to do anything.
I hate that the fertility herbal is giving me yeast infections and is $80 per month PLUS everything I pay out for for my other medical issues.
I hate that my doctor says "your young don't worry" and doesn't care how much I want this.

Why can't my body just do what it is suppost to?!?!

I get hunches on things. Every single thing I have been diagnosed with so far I have been right on before the doctors have diagnosed me....I have a feeling this TTC business is going to be a long long long road. So what am I suppost to do while I wait???

I don't understand why I have not ovulated this month. I am on CD 29 of a 37-40 day cycle and not one positive digital OPK and when I put in a fake temp for tomorrow on FF it jumps all the way back to CD 13 that I ovulated. I never knew it would be so confusing and complicated to get pregnant. I am counting myself out this cycle and bought the clear blue fertility monitor for next time so hoping I have luck!

I understand that you guys may be already tired of opk questions...but here I go anyway. I usually have one lh surge, and when it's over, it's over. I do opks two or three times a day during my fertile time, so I rarely miss the surge. So yesterday I tested at 5pm and got my first positive (in the morning it was negative), then this morning at 9am it was still positive. Then I tested again at work at around 12pm and it was negative. Then I tested again just now, at 8pm, and it is positive again. I use digital clear blue opks and this is my first Clomid cycle. Could it be that I ovulated twice? Any opinions welcome!

We have being bding daily for the past 6 days, and I am not sure if I am still in the running this evening?

Need a line spotter plz:)

I wasnt sure where to post this but anyways. Im happy to be ttc finally but im terrified about 'morning sickness'. I currently have severe anxiety and get nauseous daily but i have a BIG phobia of any sickness or anything like that. And im terrified of hospitals also.

Im looking into herbal remedies for nausea but what is safe to take. I HATE ginger and peppermint so not those. Can you use Bach's Herbal remedies or something like that?

Anyone have advice, im terrified and everyone seems to think its a joke!

CD 36/31 - 4 days late

Just a "vent because no one else understands" kinds of topic!! :)

I'm now on CD 36 of an ave 31 day cycle. I've had a 35 day cycle 2x in the last 13-14 months so this is rare but not unheard of - this is according to my calendar. My longer cycles have been down to work stress but as I am going on holiday next week I can't figure that is it this time

I used a CB digi and got the smiley on CD19 so I think I O'd on CD20 which would make me now 17DPO (3 days late - my calendar seemingly off by 1 day ish)

We have been NTNP/TTC on and off for over a year. I have used EPO and Agnus Castus for the past 2x cycles. It seemingly bought my last cycle down to a standard 28 days.

I've had pinching feelings in my lower abdomen and sore bb's since 2-3DPO (I know too early for implantation so prob unrelated). I've had very bad headaches and nausea (I assumed due to the headaches) for a couple of weeks. I've had painful lower back and "growing pain" like aches in my thighs on and off for 10ish days. In the middle of the night 3x nights ago I noticed a very miniscule amount of pink tinged CM when wiping. Since then I have had a very "wet" feeling where I have felt unusually dry. Last night I slept from 8pm until 7:45am and this morning I woke feeling v sick... It subsided around midday.

My bbs now dont feel so sore and apart from the odd waves of headaches, nausea and tiredness I feel fine.

DOnt know what to think this month. My OH wants to test on Sunday. I tested at what I think was 11DPO and got a :bfn: . I need AF to turn up now as to not interfere with next weeks romantic valentines holiday (log cabin, hot tub etc) OR stay away for the next 9 months!!!

More of a rant but any opinions and comments appreciated.

It is 3 days before I *should* start my period, and I have been feeling nauseus off and on all week. It's been happening at all different times of the day, just a real, sick to your stomach, yucky feeling. I have the sore breasts like I do before my period, but am starting to wonder if i'm not experiencing morning sickness already? I took a pregnancy test today, and it was negative. My DH and I have been TTC for 6 mos. I am about 9 or 10 DPO this cycle but fairly certain it is going to end in a :bfn: I know that isn't very optimistic of me but I think I'm just trying to protect myself from being crushed again when the :witch: shows up!! Secretly I am (of course!) hoping it will end in a :bfp:

I have already decided that I am going to see if my doctor will see me here after AF comes and goes. I know they say to wait a year but I am 29 already and my DH is 34. I just need to feel like I'm being more proactive in trying to conceive and if there are problems I want to know sooner than later :shrug:

This question has been asked a thousand times before on different forums, but does the position really matter for babymaking?

My husband has knee issues because of sports and so this cycle I have been on the top every time (which is every day for the past four days). After that, I do try to make sure to prop my hips high and remain in that position for an hour or so. I do have some leakage after but don't know if that's the case with other positions (missionary, doggie) as well.

What do you ladies think?

Ok to start off with i have pcos(polycyctic ovariea syndrome) . I have been on the pill for 3 yeas and have had a 28 day cycle almost throufhout the whole 3years. In November i had my perod for 3 weeks and my gyno told me to stop taking the pill till i regulated my cycle. The in January i had a normal period the first week. Since then i have not been on the pull Now in February i am a week late and my pelvis is hard. I have taking a pregnancy test which came out negative (all of my mom pregnancies show negatives). I think i might be pregnant but dont have insurance soi also need advice on that.

I can't figure out what's happening this month. Positive OPKs CD 11 and 12 then again CD 16 and 17. But even when I put in higher temps for tomorrow and day after (CD 18 and 19), FF puts my crosshairs back at CD 12! So what to make of the second set of OPKs? Wondering if this is going to end up being an anovulatory cycle :wacko:

POST DEPO OF 3 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS OF CERAZETTE.....bled for nearly 3 months every day after stopping all bc :-( very bad times was really stressing me as doctors said this wasent normal:nope:. had scan all fine :thumbup::-) did bloods all fine :thumbup:.... so after my break through bleed from using norithstrone(used this twice to carm bleeding down:blush:) i daily spotted brown blood one day red blood next(was really getting me down)... but then did start a proper AF as i can tel as i get upset stomach and bloated and i soak up towels very quicly so first day of af i went all out LOL n sorted all my vitamins out and started AGNUS CACTUS on cd2 and muti vit and extra b6 :-) mayyybe just in my head but pms went and guess what stopped bleeding after 6 or 7 days of af :happydance::happydance::happydance::happydance: wooooooooop wooooooop wooooop woooooop

Day 14 is when I have the temperature dip but I'm pretty sure (based on digital and the regular paper OPK strips), I got a negative.

Back in december 2011 after my period went off, we started trying, january 2012 i had no period and that was unusual. A week after my period was due, i started spotting then nothing and a negative pregnancy test. After that, i would spot at least once a week but still a neg pregnancy test. So i thought nothing of it, and we continued having sex, and still nothing. Its now feb 2012 and still no sign of my period and still neg pregnancy test, i've had all preg symptoms and took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and still negative. Can someone tell me if you have gone thru this and what should i do???

I am on cd10 and when i went to the little ladies room and wiped there was some pinkish blood. The more i wiped the more i saw, nothing heavy just wanted to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. I took clomid on cd3-7 and i got for an ultrasound tomorrow and hopefully and iui on friday. My husband and i did have sex last night, but i have never had spotting in mid cycle before. Please please tell me what you think, i am so worried i won't be able to do the iui on friday.

So.....CD 80. Just got back from the doctor's office because i've been having SEVERE cramps and lower back pain and I can't take it anymore!!!!!

Apparently in Canada, they don't DO provera because it's an "outdated" treatment.

WTF?????

He said that they normally just prescribe clomid outright to start periods....but doesn't feel "comfortable" prescribing that, either. He told me I could take anti-inflammatories for the pain.

Again.....WTF????????? I am SPITTING mad.

I have tried EVERYTHING to bring on AF naturally. They want to just "wait and see"....and I know my own doctor probably would have given it to me because we talked about it when I was CD50 and she said to wait a bit longer to see if AF would show on it's own....but she's away.

WHAT DO I DO????

I'm really close to going back on BCP for a cycle so that at least this hell will end. It's not like i'm going to get pregnant on my own right now ANYWAYS.

I am freakin' crushed and I can't stop crying. I just don't know what to do. :(

While it's amazing and will help you get pregnant, you might want to think twice about using it if you ever plan on switching your insurance.

I used clomid a year ago to get pregnant with my DS and it was a miracle pill! I was on a group insurance plan through work and they wouldn't pay for it which wasn't a problem because it wasn't too much money. Well i am now working at a different job and had to get my own individual insurance plan. Since i took clomid every insurance company is denying me and saying i am UNINSURABLE. I'm going to end up having to get really expensive government insurance or finding a new job that will offer a group plan.

before trying clomid make sure you really need it or else you might end up like me :(

It's CD8 and I've just recorded AF as medium.

Last 2 cycles were 7 and 8 days with a day or two spotting either side. I also have gotten spotting during my cycle which I don't remember from before.

Before BCP I remember they were about 12 days in total, but I included spotting then. The Dr suggested BCP which helped but even still AF was 6 days of bleeding.

Anyway, I was just a bit worried this would be too close to ov to allow new lining to build up for implantation?

My cervix still feels fairly firm (but not as firm as early in the cycle), Im not due to ov. for another 7-8days, I have been taking VitB6, but could that make my LP that long? nearly a 18day LP :wacko:

Or, do you get CM like this for a while before Ov, I mean its possible that i wont ov now until my cervix goes really soft, which could take another 3 days anyway, so that would shorten the lutel length.

Im so confused, My last cycle gave me a 13 day LP and a 34day cycle, I OVd on day 21.

So my question, How long do you get EWCM and a high cervix for before OV?

I don't have any good news yet, but I've wondered ever since I've joined BnB about how y'all feel about the superstitions about NOT TELLING anyone that you're preggers before the end of the 1st Trimester?

i.e. If you watch Tori & Dean - she was SHOWING big time but wouldn't tell the truth about being pregnant.

I completely understand because that's what I've been told my whole life. DH is very superstitious (or rather, cautious) about this point. Everytime a friend has told me/us that she was pregnant before the 12th week, HE always worries for her. "It's too soon", "It's so easy to lose it early on". I've had people tell me at 2/4/6 weeks. What do you guys think?

Also - everyone on BnB seems to reveal a BFP instantly - I guess since we don't know each other IRL maybe it's not as bad? But I also read about so many chemical pregnancies (which I had no idea b4 BnB what they were). Do you guys agree there are more chemical pregnancies & MC due to all the extra at home testing we do now?

Anyways - just wondering what everyone's point of views were on this.

Decidual bleeding

I was wondering if any of you ladies has ever experienced decidual bleeding. I have had bleeding like a normal period with a positive test first then negative and now a stronger positive. Not sure if this is an early MC or decidual bleeding.:shrug:

Ok, so I posted before but my husband and I lost a baby Nov 2010. One year and 3 months later we still were not pregnant. Come to find out my uterus was full of polyps an randomness. The doc said he doesn't think it was related to the D&C but how do you explain trying once and getting pregnant then not at all. So we just had a polyp removal and D&C Jan 11th....I'm now about 3 or 4 days away from starting my new cycle. Too scared to test. :/ I'm having some cramping and a bit of achey cramping and I'm irritable. All symptoms of PMS and also of my first pregnancy...aside from the achey cramping. I can't remember that. Also, my temps are really low compared to what they normally are and I know FF is not correct of when I ovulated. What the junk? Can anyone help me? Any experienced with the first cycle post D&C and has anyone been pregnant with lower temps and or cramping and symptoms like their period? Please...It's been such a long year and few months. Any info would help.

Saturday? On Sunday I started having some spotting, kinda dark red, brownish red? Not much to it but. Assumed af was coming. Monday morning I woke with cramping and heavy bleeding. Usually my cramping lasts all day for the first day and I have to take pills for pain. Monday, the pain pretty much went away by noon though the bleeding was heavy the whole day. Yesterday I barely had anything... Kinda blood mixed with ewcm... Huh? Today I have a load of ewcm and next to no blood to be seen. That is only pretty much a three day period whereas I usually have the regular five- six day period.

So the question is... Is this just a wonky af? Is it ib? I also started taking evening primrose oil last month up until O and have only taken it a couple times this cycle.... Is it possible that it's affecting my af after only one cycle of taking it? Ps.... Have not tested cuz I thought it was af.... But now I am questioning it. I know ib is supposed to be light also but I have read that it can be different for everyone if they have it....... Any thoughts? Any experiences that might help?

I'm pretty sure I wouldnt get pregnant this cycle we only :sex: once and that was just as the opk was fading!

But no AF (4 days late) / sore enarged boobs

I'm actually WTT (1 week left until I come off the Pill!) and I have a few questions. I was wondering if some of you lovely ladies could help me?

My first question is -

A few times I've completely forgotten the pill. I'd have my withdrawal bleed and then forget to carry on the next pack of pills, and a month later I'd have another period. Does this mean I'm ovulating? I have PCOS as well, so it's a bit of a surprise for me as at one point I was having 1 period every year, and now after being on the pill for 3 years, I'm having regular ones?

Another one is -

Pregnacare. Just bought two packs of 30 Pregnacare Tablets, and I've been reading up, some people find it causes late ovulation and periods, some find it makes them sick, what are your opinions on it? Was it worth it? And also, if you concieved on Pregnacare, how long did it take?

Watered down creamy CM...

What do I mark this as on my chart? It's not quite completely watery yet and too thin to be creamy. It doesn't have any stretch - just makes a tiny peak and then breaks between the fingers. It's not quite clear but not super white either... It's like super watered down milk. :wacko:

BBT and physical signs don't match up? Also need ferning help?

I've been doing my BBT this month and missed a couple days, but anyway....
Today I had a major .3 temp rise, looks awesome on my chart... BUT....
I've had aching boobs and tingly/sore nipples for 4 days already. I NEVER get sore nipples ever, until AFTER I've ovulated. But there isn't any way I ovulated that long ago.

I've also been using one of those Saliva Ferning test things, but am having trouble figuring out exactly how it works. I put saliva on it, let it dry but then when I check, I have a very very very minimum of little black dots, not anywhere near as many as are shown on the non-fertile period example. There might be 10 spots, very spread out.
Would I be using too much saliva? Too little? How do I know an appropriate amount to use?

:dust::dust:New here and just wanted to start a thread to talk about our journies trying to conceive a first baby. I lost a pregnancy in January 2011 and we've been trying again ever since. I've since found out I have PCOS which is going to make my journey harder. DH has also been tested and he's fine which is a blessing. My doctor seems to think we can conceive naturally with the little tweeks to my system that she's introduced through medication (to raise progesterone, decrease prolactin) although I am not so sure now.....would really help to talk to other ladies who have been trying for over 6 months, I think it would be great to be able to support eachother....please feel free to join this thread and contribute....

Montgomery's tubercles?

Since November when I thought I was pregnant for about 5 weeks, one of the things I noticed most at that point was Montgomerys tubercles on my nips and extreme tenderness. In December it seemed I didn't have any of them! and then in January they reappeared and have been there ever since. I do have a nipple piercing and so when that nip is tender I tend to just relate it to that, but recently I had a very short AF with barely anything to show for and I have been extremely bloated, and my pierced nip seems to be getting darker around the edges as well as a lot of tubercles on both nips.
Anybody else get these without pregnancy?

I'm not going to test until next AF doesn't show much like the last one. I am taking 200mcg pre-conceive folic acid every day as well as multivitamins and iron!

good afternoon ladies just wanted to say im feeling really positive about my future i think im on CD10 (i think) after a miscarriage me and my OH have spoke about everything and decided to just go with the flow lol and see what happens im not checking temps or anything just bd when we want it and gonna be relaxed about it all (well for this month anyway hehe)

we have a night away saturday for valetines which i cant wait..

just wanted to encourage everyone to be positive and smile.. our turns will come. i do think the more pressure we put on ourselves the less likely it will happen..

This is my first cycle using OPKs and I think ive got a positive.

We did bd last night so if we do it for the next few nights we might have caught it.

Please tell me this is a positive? (excuse the tea-rings, was abit excited and spilt it)

Hi every1 long time no post lol

As some of you may no nearly 6 months ago i gave birth to a beautiful baby girl after i had her i had the usual "after pregnancy bleed" and then my periods returned to normal.

I had my period on the 2nd of january. It started like normal. Very crampy and heavy for the first 2 days and then the bleeding calms down and it comes to an end on day 4-5. So this month my period was due on the 2nd of february but....... On the 15th and 17th of january me and my partner had sex and on one of the dates (i cant remember which on) the condom split!! Oooopsie

But the on the 31st of this month i started to bleed very very lightly i thought this was my period so i usued a tampon. When i went to change it, it had hardly been used so i put a pad on and for the next 3 days i could have probably only changed it once (i changed it more than that obviously) but when it got to day 4 and it was ending it was brownish.

With my daughter i never had implantation bleeding but ive heard not every pregnancy is the same.

So i was wondering could i be pregnant or was this my period ? Just a very weird one?

Any advice?......

I am currently WTT, we will be TTCing in July/august but between now and then I'm going to be tracking my cycles and ovulation. I did this about a year ago but used one step ovulation strips which seem to be fine, I have now started using some cheapies I got from amazon, I don't even know what brand they are? They are in a pink and white wrapper and the test strip is tipped blue (one step are green). I was wondering if anyone had ever used these and were they any good

Hello all,

I am new here and I have LOTS of questions to ask. I have been browsing for a few days but I have finally given in and registered.

So, long story cut (sort of) short - after 16 months of visiting my GP and being told i had IBS turns out I had stage 5 endometriosis and and 8cm cyst on my right ovary. I had my first laparoscopy in March 2011 where they lazered the endo, removed the cyst and discovered that both of my fallopian tubes were completely blocked. During the operation they fitted the coil and after the laparoscopy I had 6 months of Zoladex injections. I had my follow up laparoscopy on the 4th of Jan this year where they discovered that my tubes had unblocked (my dr was in TOTAL shock) and only 3 small cells of endo had returned which they lazered. Prior to the op we discussed the possible outcome and we decided if all was clear we would TTC.

So here I am TCCing.................................

my cycles have been very strange which i guess is normal considering the Zoladex transitioned my body in to the state of artificle menopause. My first cycle was November 2011 which lasted 14 days and the entire cycle turned out to be 40days. Decembers cycle was 39 days with 9 days of bleeding and January's cycle was 38 days with about 5 days bleeding. I did also have a bleed post op but that was from the removal of the coil. Cycle length prior to all this was about 31 days. never any less sometimes a few days more but rarely.

We were baby dancing like crazy about 3 days after my op pretty much all month until my AF came on Jan 24th. I went to see my dr CD10 (02.01.2012) to have a follicle scan and he confirmed that the follicle was 17.5mm and that I would ovulate on Sunday (05.01.2012). I have been ovulation testing every morning first thing and I havent had a positive yet although I have read lots of articles confirming that some lh surges last less that 24 hours. I tested Friday morning first thing about 7am and didnt test again until saturday morning at 11am. Could I have missed the surge????

Anyone know whether 17.5mm follicle will definately ovulated? or is there a chance that it broken down without releasing the egg and this is why i havent had a positive ovulation test?

My dr only visits where i live once a week and this is all being funding privately. my insurance paid for the ops etc but not fertility testing. The scans cost �200 per time! I completely trust my dr but is there a chance that his ovulation predictions could be off?
