Forward/rear facing pushchairs

Hello ladies.

Need some advice. With my daughter we had a hand me down travel system which unfortunately got damaged.

This time I don't need a carrycot as already have one so all I need is a forward/rear facing pushchair that I can use from birth.

Requirements

-lightweight
-below £200
-baby can be laid flat
-not too bulky as we have a smallish car.

I'm getting dizzy from comparing online - there's too much choice!

Many thanks

I have the First Wheels City Elite, you could get that as a travel system but not sure how much it is. It was £100 for just the pushchair.
