Anyone got a mothercare swinging crib?

Hi,
I have bought a wooden swinging crib from Mothercare.
I am looking for sheets, but the Mothercare sheets for cribs have reviews saying they don't actually fit the Mothercare crib mattresses?

Does anyone have this crib? What did you do for sheets?
Some reviewers say to buy the cot size sheets but I thought the sheets have to be really tight fitting for safety?

Thanks

i got a larger sheet for the bottom layer
they only just fit ... they dont leave alot
to sort of tuck underneath iykwim and when
baby moves about the sheet moves with them

either that or get fitted sheets ... the flat
sheets are the ones i found didn't fit very
well where as the fitted ones stretch a bit
so they work fine they stay in
place in well

hope that helps and made sense

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
So you recommend buying the crib sized fitted sheets or the cot sized flat sheets?

I use pillowcases for my crib & they do the job perfectly. Any excess material can be easily folded underneath & you still get a smooth finish.
