Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe

Hi

Well after several days looking round we've decided on the Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe retrospot as our first Travel system...

does everything we want it to do, the only downside is the size when closed but we thought as it fits in both our cars this is small price to pay for the features we wanted..

there is only one small concern hubby has..the front wheels seem to be very floppy/play when pram is being pushed! there using a different wheel design to all the other graco models we looked at so thought i'd ask if anyone on here has the retrospot and experienced any problems with the front wheels..or any other problem with the whole unit ?

Thanks B & C

hey hun, just a suggestion but it might be worth altering the title of your post to show you're asking about the retrospot model as it sounds quite different from the normal tour deluxe...also might be worth googling for reviews...?

i bought a second hand quattro tour deluxe (non retrosport) - have since sold it on but only because we got given a brittax travel system for free which was completely identical but in much better condition as hardly used. i was impressed with the graco as seemed very sturdy and can take a lot of battering so is something you should be able to use for future children too. only thing i would say is the graco (and the brittax we now have) are heavy as i'm sure you're aware, so have been recommended by friend that once baby is approx 9-12 months i'll want to purchase a lightweight stroller instead of using the travel system so its probably not something you'll want to use from birth to walking even though you technically could. when baby gets to a year plus you'll probably find it too heavy with baby and graco!

Thanks
from what ive seen the retrospot is only a colour change/different wheels and includes some accessories included (ie raincover/carrycot) over some of the other models around..so thread title should be ok..

our plan is to only use the Graco for around 12 months then go for a lightweight stroller...doing this still saving us around £100-£150 on something like the mclaren setup

yeah that's our plan...we figured the brittax has everything and have used some of our health in pregnancy grant to purchase a maclaren quest sport (£125 on mothercare website) as our lightweight stroller. we had to purchase it now even though won't use it yet as we'll be too poor when i'm on stat maternity pay to buy it later on!

We are thinking of the Graco Quattro Tour Sports system

The car seat does go onto it!

Whats the difference with the retrospect? Havent heard of this one.

Only thing that is worrying me is the size - I have a polo will it fit???
