Does any one have any good "international" dishes? My friends and I are going to have an "International Potluck" so I've got to bring something. Too bad I'm only good at North American type foods haha(and tacos!). Anyone have something different and interesting that you've actually tried and can confirm that its good?

What about a beef with red cabbage and dumplings? or hungarian goulasch? Dunno if you know it but it is a beef stew with sauerkraut
