Lasanga

thought id post how i make my lasanga (had it for dinner lastnight)

one packet mince (i use lamb)
1 1/2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic
lasanga pasta sheets
1 tub cottage cheese (i use virtually fat free)
1 handful fresh spinach
grated mozzeralla for on top

fry off mince till brown and drain off fat, add crushed/finely chopped garlic and the chopped tomatoes. cook for another 15 min on low heat.
fill a pan with boiling water and cook lasanga sheets until al-dente (4-5 min) then put in cold water to refresh
add half the meat mixture to an oven proof dish, then add a layer of pasta sheets. on top of the pasta add a small layer of cottage cheese followed by a layer of spinach.
follow with a layer of mince and then another layer of pasta.
top with grated mozzerella cheese and pop in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 min.(or until you think its done)

enjoy!
