• Potato
• Spinich
• Oxo cube
• Onion

Preparation
1. Boil some water and put in a pan
2. Chop up some new potatos, carrots.
3. 1 Oxo cube
4. Have ready fresh/frozen spinach and onion.
5. Have blender on stand by

1. Boil water and place in pan
2. Add the new potatos, carrots, spinich and onion
3. Add 1 oxo cube
4. Simmer for 20 mins
5. Put in blender
6. Either plus or smooth blend Depending on if u want chunky or smooth soup
