I'm Currently Feeling: 



Cheese Sauce for Lasgane


Cheese sauce

Melt 1/2 ounce of butter in a pan take of heat then add 2 teaspoons of plain flour it will look paste like then add 1/2 pint of milk put back on low heath the slowly at 500g of grated cheese add a little allow to melt stir in a fig of 8 continue untill all cheese is melt and the sauce thickens

Yes,but add strong cheese I would use more and a teaspoon of mustard powder to give kick and cover with cling film if not using straight away to prevent a skin,treat as custard

If you need a similar sauce for moussaka you can use cream cheese to fold in, eg philidelphia. This makes it really thick and creamy.
