Does anyone have any delicious dessert recipes that would be easy to take in a cooler camping?

I wanted to maybe make a cake???? Or would that be too sloppy? Please share if you have any ideas.

I don't know how delicious of a dessert you're thinking of, but might I suggest brownies (especially if you like chocolate). They are great for taking along with you, especially if you make the fudge version (rather than the cake). And you can throw your favorite nuts in them.
