1 Cup Canned White Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days
