Venison?

Carl appears home with venison steaks ...... what on earth am i supposed to do with them?

whats the best way to cook it? Any ideas anyone?

defo in some kind of red wine sauce, then into an oven. slower and longer cooked the better. Im from the highlands so i know my venison Very nice medium cooked but OBV you have to eat it well done at the moment
