This is my absolute favourite thing to make on the weekend for a nice big breakfast. Hope you girls like it too!
INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp white sugar
12 thick slices of bread
DIRECTIONS
*Mix all ingredients until smooth.
*Dip bread into mixture one at a time, whisking in between pieces to mix cinnamon.
*Cook over medium heat on a lightly oiled griddle or pan.
Serves 12
