Thumbs up

Cannelloni with Meat

Ingredients (Enough to make 2 pirex trays)

Pack of Cannelloni
500g of minced mean
Tomato pasta sauce (I buy the one with basil and garlic)
Drop of oil
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon

White Bechamel
4 cups of milk
4 tablespoon of all purpose flour
3 tablespoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Grated mozarella cheese (around 250g)

**
Boil the cannellonis in water with little salt and a drop of oil. Boil them until becoming "al dente". Remove them and place them in a pot and drop cold water on them. Make sure that there is no water left.

Heat the oil and drop the minced meat on it and put the salt, pepper, and cinnamon and oregano. Mix them. Put on it the tomato pasta sauce (Depends on tastes to check how much you want to put) After ready, turn off the heat and keep it there.

Now let's do the bechamel. On a pot mix the milk with the flour and the salt till it's homogeneous. Heat it while mixing it. Put on it the butter, keep mixing it (circular moves). Put a little salt on it and when it starts getting thick and u think its ready to be turned off, then do it. Grate the nutmeg over it and mix.

Take the tray and put some bechamel on it. Then hold each cannelloni and stuff meat in it (be careful to have it fallen out from each side, you should know how to hold it). Place each cannelloni next to each other and then put bechamel sauce on it and the grated cheese at the end.

Place it in the oven until ready.

Bon Apetite!

Yumi, DH loved it yesterday at lunch time!
