Ice Cream Squares

1 cup flour
1/4 cup quick rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 8oz jar chocolate ice cream topping (ie: Hershey)
1 2L butterscotch ice cream

Combine the first 3 ingredients and cut in butter to coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts.

Pat into a 13x9x2in pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 350F.

Cool and spread 3/4 in a 9x9in freezable pan.

Drizzle 1/2 topping over crumbs. Cover with ice cream.

Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze.

*NOTES:
- baking sheet size doesn't really matter for browning the crumbs, same goes for the freezable pan (I used Tupperware btw).
- Skor bar crumbs taste good sprinkled on top as well!
