Cheers Darkheaven77 Hopefully this will help to stop people make the same mistake.

I have disputed with ebay and paypal, so hopefully it will be resolved.

I'm just so disappointed, as I was really excited about listening to bubs

I don't know. To be honest, I'd rather get one from somewhere else, after all of the lies. :sigh:

But, that isn't the reason I'm doing this. I just think theres something dodgy about it. Don't like dodgy

She has now offered me a full refund, which I have said she can complete through the Paypal dispute. I also said she still needs to resolve the matter with the other purchasers, and she still hasn't made any comment in relation to the mis-description, or the fact that I've contacted Unisar themselves... very strange.

We may be getting somewhere

She has asked for the contact details for the lady I'm in touch with at Unisar, and is going to ask about faulty products.

And has agreed to issue a refund.

Lisa, have you heard from her at all.

And Sara.. did you get in touch too?

If it's not doing what it says, then it has been mis-sold. She has agreed to the refund, although I have yet to receive it. Get in touch with her, and see what she says to you.

Let us know how it goes
