fantastic breast pads!!! i am quite big chested (DD) and i found some pads were 2 small so very noticeable in my bra, these are basically designed 2 cover the whole of the breast, i never leaked once with them, they are a bit pricy at £5 for 50.. but i got mine on offer in tesco at 50 for £2.50(half price!!!) they come induvidually wrapped so are v hygenic and have a sticker 2 keep them in place(whicj i never bothered with all in all fabby fabby fab!!!

These are on offer in Mothercare at the mo, can't remember the deal. Glad they are good as I stocked up for after the birth!
