I have never seen these before and with the problems i am having with tampax they seem the best choice but a bit wierd!

If you know you are going to be going out them you wash it before you go out.
it gives you 4 hrs.

Hmmmmm not 100% though

I actually own a mooncup and it was bought for me by my hubby!!!!
He had been on at me to try one for yrs and i kept say ewww no!

But i was quite surprised!
it took a little while to get used to, and was a bit fiddly initially - you need to make sure you get the right size for you! there is a size A and B one before child birth and one for after

there is a stem that you cut to suit to make it more comfortable, i've cut mine off completely, but because it is more natural than having a wad of cotton wool shoved or applied somewhere it doesnt dry you internally and contains no chemicals so some people find their periods lighter and they dont last as long.

With the public loo cenario you can use the toliet paper to wipe it out and reinsert, then give it a good clean later. it doesnt smell coz the blood isnt in contact with air and it remains sterile.

Its certainly worht a try and i think if oyu are not converted by the 3rd peroid they will refund you. there are different makes on the market but basically all the same. I still wear a light pad on my heaviest days as i haven't yet got total trust in it, as i am quite heavy.

Theres afew on ebay. or have a look at www.imperfectlynaturalwoman.com
orr this lin on there

good luck
