Hi

I was on clomid for six months and my doctor did not give me any information on when to take it but alot of the girls on here took it the same time at night to avoid any side effects (hot sweats). I had a regular 28 day period and it just made my period come every 26 days for the six months. There is a clomid club on here that gave me alot of information and support, sign up to it. Good luck hope you get your soon. I have moved on to the IUI club.

My doc advised to take it at the time each day and after advice for some of the other girls I take it at night which menas i tend to get the hot flushing at night instead of through the day. Good luck.

I have taken them during the day for one cycle and during the night for two cycles, and I do not feel a difference in either. I do try and take them at the same time of the day each time, just to make sure that the concentration of the drug remains constant and doesn't run out ect. Side effects for me weren't bad. I had some hot flashes at night, but since it is so cold out, I really just felt warm. I also have about a 23-25 day cycle, and with Clomid I went to 29 days, so just something to be aware of when POASing. Are you taking it for a short luteal phase then???
