What do you do...

..to take time out from it all?

I know it's an intrusive question, but i'm just wondering what you ladies do to help you through the month. My 'normal' month consisits of (and i think this is how i've been defined for over 3 yrs!!!):

CD1 - floods of tears, anger, resentment, yucky crapsville
CD 4/5 - 14 ish optimism, new attempt, checking on signs, etc, (but still pretty pissed off)
then 2WW - not much to say about that really, just loooooooooongggg.

Then, AF shows, and here we go again. It's obviously sooooo hard to 'not think about it' so how do we cope? What things do we do to help us through crap?

My ways to cope:

BnB.
Shopping.
Chocolate.
BnB.
Shut self away for a while to sort head out.
Shopping.
BnB.
Have a girly night once every 2 weeks.
Vodka and coke.
BnB
Shopping.

I would love to hear from others, just so i can try new stuff to help clear head really.

Apologies for long post, but would be so grateful for any responses!!!!

I work out a lot! It just seems to relieve a lot of stress. I tend to overeat and eat lots of crap when I'm stressed. So, I guess it's good that I enjoy working out when I'm stressed. Counteracts the potential weight gain.

Watch the football. And, even THAT is going wrong recently so I read and I do a bit of writing. Or, a lot of writing. I spent most of my (spare) time with my head in a book or a word document.

Snap! me too! Ever since I started having problems I started playing World of Warcraft. Right now I just bury my head in it and pretend I'm someone else, somewhere else for a few hours.

I would say that it is always on my mind. I guess what I am doing now, is just trying to live my life, instead of keeping it on hold. I am trying to find the things that I used to love to do (snowboard, surf, bike riding, running) - and do them again. I have putting everything on hold because I am so worried of harming a potential pregnancy. I have learned that as hard as it is, I have to start living again.
