Hi everyone,

I go through this awful eat...workout...eat....workout cycle for trying to cope. They both seem to relieve stress. I also have a blog about my journey, so with keeping my blog up, and reading others' blogs who are going through the same thing as me it helps. I also try to get out a few nights a week and DO something. Anything - to get my mind off of ttc.

What do i do? Tbh..ive done a lot of soul searching and come to the conclusion that self-love and acceptance has brought me a certain amount of inner peace. it may not be the answer you're looking for as such, but since i think about it all the time..accepting that i do and what i feel, makes me able to deal with it all. And a glass of wine seems to help too, lol!
