I have seen a few that have made me reel! But I think it is ignornace rather than milicious (sp). I suppose some people who have fallen 'easily' dont understand our heartache, but are usually posting with a good heart.

Firstly I don't think you can just turn off your signature (prob me being dumb) but I did just delete mine with baby stages on it.

I only ever post in here when I think I can be of some help maybe. I ttc'd for 2 years but had spent 5 years before that being told I couldn't ever conceive. I have endo, one tube, one ovary functioning, hormonal imbalance and multiple mcs - so I guess that sometimes I post in the hope of giving someone in similar situation hope, as I am now pregnant finally.

Saying that I can obviously totally understand the tickers being upsetting, and also would be pissed off if I saw someone in here gloating how they fall easily or whatever

There is a box below your quick reply that says "show your signature" you can tick it or untick it.

Ive not really noticed any posts from someone who shouldnt be here but i may have missed one.

I can understand the tickers upsetting people, though i dont tend to turn mine off. Those who know me know the long journey i had and are usually happy to see mine so ive not felt the need to turn it off, if someone said to me that it upset them then i would go ahead but noone has said that to me.

Girls please remember this section is for those who need assisted conception aswell, not just long termers. Some people know they need help before reaching the 12 month mark so may not "appear" to have been ttc long but have known problems.

AG - I personally don't find LTTTC'er preg tickers upsetting, it makes me happy that you girls got pregnant and I know how much you deserve it. My prob is with people that haven't struggled (eg, preg within 12 months without AC) that don't turn their tickers off. I just find myself rolling my eyes. I wish I didn't but I do.

To be honest there was one the other day that sounded so positively flippant and carefree about a person's worries and it kind of made me look sideways.

I think I just saw the post that inspired this thread too AG. All I can say is that if non LTTTC'ers want to post in here then of course thats fine but if we ask them to remove their PG ticker, or comment on their ignorant comments then they have to be accepting of that.

Sound fair?
