Maca and zinc to improve sperm

I have been looking into maca and zinc supplements to improve sperm count, motility etc. and was just wondering whether its ok to take both a zinc supplement and a maca one together? (Dont really want to be counter productive

) My OH is also taking a multi vitamin tablet which is Vit A, C and selenium (maybe possibly E too, I cant remember

)

I'm sure that will be fine. Dh and I both have maca powder in our smoothies in the afternoon and he takes a zinc tablet at night (apparently it's best to take it then for some reason!). Good luck! xx

Hey - yep it's okay.

My DH takes 1000mg of vit c (effervescent), wellman tablets which contain everything that the Zita West book tells you to take for a low count and then 2x maca tablets. He did have 2 SA's but they were only 4 weeks apart - it takes 70-90 days for sperm to mature so changes your hubby makes will be reflected 3 months down the line.
