Diet Changes to Increase Sperm Health. Join in to see a difference!

Howdy Lovelies

Our latest SA revealed that we had dropped from 25 million down to a tragic 5 million (lowest normal parameter is 15 million) now this is obviously cause for concern. We have been given 3 months to try and get the results back up or else our FS has indicated we will be ineligible for most treatments

Now my poor DH has to take a lot of medication (FS assured us this isn't the cause of reading) which means that he is unable to take any of the over the counter vitamins designed to promote health.

This has of course left us with the only option of adjusting his diet in-order to try and get those numbers up! I plan to research and update foods, recipes and guidances for all of us to share and hopefully get those much deserved

So my lovelies, who is with me?!
