I'm Back! AND SMILING!!!!

Hey guys

Thank you so much for being so supportive about my FS appt today

The nurse was really lovely - she went through both our historys and talked about IVF after seeing the SA results.

DH is booked in for another SA so we can see if that Maca really does the job!

I have an HSG and vaginal ultrasound booked - very nervous don't know what to expect.

Gotta lose 3st though - BUT just think of the baby AND the new wardrobe i will get!

Now here is the best bit... drumroll please.......................

MY PCT HAS NO IVF WAITING LIST!!!

So we see the consultant, get put on the waiting list and could start treatment within 6 months! Waiting for confirmation on whether or not we get 3 goes as the clinic doesn't know as yet but fingers crossed!!!!

I did weight watchers, but without all the meetings. My trick was eating a huge plate of salad everynight for tea, which came to practically no points (and healthy), so I could still eat 'normal' the rest of the time. I cut out the takeaways and started drinking a 2litre bottle of water a day. I also went swimming once a week, and did a workout DVD a couple of times a week. I found it easy at the time, and it got me my treatment... but I think you have to have your head in the right place.... so is it Rosh, IS IT?! LOL

Yay Rosh!!!!!!!!!!!!

So pleased it went well!

Sent you a message his morning and posted on the board to try get you before you left! Chuffed for you!

I am going through the whole losing weight jobby, best thing so far is I joined the gym (not agenerally a gym person get too bored) but I do the classes, the instructor (female) is a loonatic, really gets ya going. It's a Body Combat class, like a combination between TaeKawan Doe, Cappiwara and other general madness.

Lost 3 stone in just over 3 months so far! Love it!

just try not to weigh yourself too often etc etc!
