Men on antidepressants and TTC

Hi - not sure where to post this but was wondering whether anyone else has had this experience as good to know.. I have read some articles that said that antidepressants can lower a mans sperm count.... do you any of you lovely ladies have OHs on antidepressants and struggling to conceive?? Would be good to get some feedback as our home spermie tests show DH has a low sperm count....

Personally I dont trust the home sperm tests... my OH has done around four of those up until now, he did one when taking sleeping pills and anxiety pills, that test came back that he had low count, the two before were ok though ??? and the last one showed low count too (when he was run down with an eye infection), the only real way is to have your partner tested properly through your gyno or GP. Many things can affect sperm count from drinking alcohol to prescription drugs, the only real way to find out is to have proper tests done for motility, count etc
