Hi All

I haven't been on here for some time and have just started to look at the threads again as I'm losing hope of ever getting my so wanted to speak to others that know what I'm going through

I have been TTC since December 2005 and as yet nothing! I have very irregular cycles, shortest has been 23 days, longest 62 days!! I have been to the fertility clinic and had my bloods done and also a scan, which the nurse said shows that I have PCOS, but I have to wait to see the consultant to get it confirmed and start any treatment - but it's all taking sooooo long!!!!

DH has had a SA, which was basically ok, they said it was a little below average on the motility, but nothing really to worry about. We had a big row last night as it's really getting us down and BDing is getting to be a bit of a chore, instead of being fun!!

I've had a lot to deal with over the past few years, I lost my Mum 3 years ago and I lost my Dad 3 months ago, so with TTC on top that I sometimes get very stressed! I'm happy for anyone that gets pregnant (who wants to be), but I can't help this jealousy that builds up inside me and that really isn't me!!!

Anyway, sorry to rant but I just needed to release all of that and hope I can get back on track tomorrow - if anyone has any advise it would be greatly welcomed!!

o hun i can relate to you alot... but slightly diff.. i can get pregnant i no that but i can keep the baby there. sumthing kills mine and we dont no what im undergoing tests, its taking ages and i have a date for my results which seems a lifetime away even tho its not lol.
its stressing me and hubby out, its gt 2 the point where i dnt want sex coz im scared ill get preg and then the baby will die.
iv been having a really crap few days where i cant see any light at the end of the tunnel...
its so frustrating i no..

Thanks Tracie, it must be so heartbreaking for you, I wish you all the luck in the world with your results, lets hope they find out why its happening and do something to help you go full term!!

It's great to know that I'm not the only one out there and it's nice to speak to others that understand

it is very hard but i have 2 get on with it and just count the days untill my results..
it just seems like time wont speed up fast enuff

I do know that feeling, all I seem to be doing is waiting for something!! I'm waiting for my appointment to see the consultant at the moment, I've had all the tests so just have to be patient...but it's so hard! xx

I'm sorry things have been so hard for you, the loss of your parents and problems TTC - 3 of the words biggest stresses and heartbreakers, i'm truly sorry

I wish I had advice for you and that there was some magic cure to take away the emotional pain we feel and the emptiness we feel on a daily basis...even jumping into a time machine to fast forward to our appointments, tests, treatments etc would help!

This section of the forum has grown a lot in the last few months and everyone is so supportive so just know that you will receive so much support from all of us during every step of your journey

Just want to say I'm thinking of you. I think jealousy must be a normal feeling for us LTTTCers - we all get it tbh Sorry to hear that you've had such a rough time these past few months

It's great to know that your not alone and that there are people that truly understand!

I feel a lot more positive today, I think I felt especially rubbish the past few days as I really thought I was pregnant last week, had loads of signs, but I did a HPT on Saturday and it was a !!!!!!!!!

Anyway, there is still a chance that could get a this cycle so I'm clinging on to that for the time being!!

Crossing fingers that AF stays away for you sweetheart.

I have been TTC for 2 and a half years - and fully agree with everything that you have said. I have found that coming on here and talking with the other girls on here has helped me immensely.
