I'm Currently Feeling: | ov and fertility charts, recommend? Hi ladies,
I feel the need to start charting my cycles as I just always forget and I wondered if any of you chart your cycles and would like to have any details of ones that are good. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I totally recommend charting - it teaches you so much about your body. I use www.fertilityfriend.com and it's great. I think most girls on here use FF, although there are some other sites. FF is good because they send you 20 lessons on charting, one a day by email, to get you started, and the lessons are really good. Go for it chick! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Another vote for www.fertilityfriend.com from me. I started out on mymonthlycycles but found it too complicated and fussy. the Email lessons from FF are very informaative |

| I started using fertility friend last cycle - and I love it - just want nighttime to come round quicker so I can take temps next morning. It has really helped me get to grips with my cycle this month - and despite getting my hopes up around 7dpo when i had a dip which i convinced myself was implantation - the fact that my temps went really low the last couple of days really prepared me for AF which came this evening - so stopped me from spending the last few days stressing.
Have fun.
