I'm Currently Feeling: | ovulation I'm been TTC with my partner for a year now and no luck.
Dr says now that maybe I don't ovulate. Now I'm confused
cause I had a MC 3yrs ago. What causes someone to just stop
ovulating??? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi Neca, have you been charting or testing with OPKs to check if you are ovulating? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think a lot of things can affect ovulation - stress, sudden weight loss, certain illnesses like PCOS. I would try Ovulation tests so you can see for yourself |

I'm Currently Feeling: | That's not very helpful of your doc - did they not offer to investigate? Like the ladies have said i wuld start using OV test strips and maybe charting and your doc can do CD21 bloods, all to check OV. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You could ask your doctor for some blood tests to see if you are ovulating or not. Good luck |

| Hi. Thought I'd share my gynae's comments with you about blood tests re. ovulation. I had my first appointment with him yesterday and took one of my CD21 blood test results to show him I haven't been ovulating.
He's sending me for an early cycle - CD2-7 - blood test, because he says you don't get the right information from CD21. It's news to me, and my GP I think, but that's what he said. | | | | Status: Offline
