Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception

So I am curious if anyone of you ladies have had this test done to test cervical mucus or know anyone who has. Right now DH & I have Unexplained Infertility.

I have been researching postcoital test and laparoscopy to see if maybe these are some options for me to try to find out why we aren't getting pregnant.

Has anyone had this done? Were the results good or bad? What was the solution if cm is hostile?

Not had this test done so don't know the answers I'm afraid. If my memory serves me right, Genkigemini may have had a post-coital test done - she may know more about it.

I had one done, which showed I have a really high PH level that kills all of DH's sperm. My Dr put me on a low acid diet (no vinegar, tomatoes, etc) I have super duper hostile CM!! I have to take at least 2 extra strengh tums at least 3 times a day, and he also recommended a baking soda douche about 30 minutes before intercourse.

I have had two done and will have another done next month. It is just like having a pap smear so no worries about it. Both times they found out that my CM was fine and treating the sperm just as it should so that was comforting! (NOW IF ONLY I COULD O!!!!)
