I was just curious. I am getting ready to do 2nd IUI. I go in for u/s 8/6 (my b-day!) and if follies look good then trigger that night and IUI 8/8.

I have used u/s and trigger to monitor for the last 7 months. I have never used opks because I didn't think that I would need to since I get u/s and trigger so everything is timed.

Does anyone use opks even though you get monitored? I may try it but my worry is that I will get a + OPK days before I get trigger and then I will be going crazy thinking that timing is off so it won't work. Help!!! If I do start testing w/ opks and get a positve days before u/s and trigger, should I call doc and see if they will move u/s & trigger sooner? I don't know if they will do that or not though.

Anyway any advice would be great!!!!

If you are getting a trigger shot, I don't see the need of using OPKs as well. Good luck on your next IUI

Good! You just made me feel better! I know I would drive myself even more crazy and obsessive if I started taking opks. Thanks!

Also, may be a silly question but how do I get the little graphics like "HUGS" and the baby dust you put above?

Click on "Go Advanced" or type in the short cut. : hug: or : dust: with out the space.
