4 days before Lap, guess who seems to be ovulating?

Last month I ovulated on, I think, CD29 or CD30 (if at all - had 2 almost positives, one positive, no corresponding symptoms...)

It is now CD9 or CD10...and I just got a very positive ovulation strip. I doubt I am ovulating but I might be. My CM is the thickest, whitest I have ever seen. Lots of it. Too much of it. And there is a bit of eggwhite in the mix just to confuse it.

I am wondering if this is the 'reverse hormones' the doctor was talking about.

I feel like just not having sex in case I flush away a possible pregnancy...which is a weird way to think of it but, it's how I feel.

How on earth can I be ovulating now? That's a 20 day difference. As you can see, I do have a problem with irregularity...

Could you ask the doctor for advice? Would the lap definitely harm a potential pregnancy - sorry - not clued up on laps?
I really feel for you honey as it puts you in such a difficult position - waste the opportunity of the test or ovulating.
Why isnt life easy?
Thinking of you.

I'm Currently Feeling:

I had similar thoughts when I had a lap to remove both tubes. I worried about a possible pregnancy and I bled for 2 weeks after the op. My husband thought I was being silly. It turned out that we did conceive just before the operation - i didn't find out until I was 10 weeks pregnant. You are allowed to have these concerns, they are valid. I'm 26 weeks now and loving every minute of it as baby is fine!
Take care x
