I'm Currently Feeling: | Doctor's Appt Not Good News I was suppose to go in for a SHG Sonohysterogram. The doctor came in with my films from my HSG 2 weeks ago. We went over them and I knew there was no flow on my right side. He said he has concerns that there is scar tissue on the right side. He will be scheduling surgery (this is when I freaked) where they put a camera up my uterus and they will try to remove it. The can also check my tubes as well. I couldn't stop crying this morning. Every time I think about this, I have to brace myself and try to stop tearing I am to continue taking active birth control pills until they call me to schedule my surgery. There is no guarantee that this will cure it. It may grow back. This will delay my TTC for a couple months . Worse thing is my DH isn't in town. I really need a shoulder to cry on |

| I know this sounds odd but in a way it is GOOD news. There is a reason for your infertility that can be fixed and is scheduled to BE fixed, which means a BFP for you in the long run rather than months of BD with no success. |

I agree, I know it's a shock and upsetting but please do look on it in a positive way, it is treatable, and they are not keeping you waiting about it either, they see it needs sorting and are going to do it for you
I know it's hard to stop TTC when thats all you want, but it's a means to an end |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hun i'm sorry about this news. I think I know where you're coming from, it is the fact that you now have to wait even longer ontop of the length of time you've already waited, its not fair
If you're freaking out about the op, it sounds like a lap/hyst I promise you will be fine. I've had 2 done and apart from a bit of pain and feeling bloated the week following it will be ok.
Please let us know how you're doing hun |
