BAD news for my plan to do IUI !

Hubby and I were plan to have a IUI done on August and we'll go for our Hong Kong trip.

Unfortunately, we had visit our doctor yesterday. and the doctor said my tubes do not look good..
My right tube show recurrence of cyst. the left one looks not in patent.

WHAT A DAMM BAD NEWS TO ME!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, i'll need to go for my next doctor visit on 27 August 08.
The doctor will decide whether i need to undergo a laparoscope and cut it off.
For now, the doctor said it seems like IVF is the only option to us !!!!

Doctor wants to cut off the damaged tubes. he said else if we do keep the damaged tubes, he scare the fluid in the damaged tube will cause m/c when we do IVF in the future!

What should i do? do i have options? i know i don't...

I need to be examine again on 27 August. The doctor will arrange for operation if the tubes really damaged and need to be cut off.
