If you are referring to the trigger shot it varies from one person to the next. I took my trigger shot last Tuesday and it's already left my system. I used an OPK and PG test yesterday to see if it was gone and it had already. It usually depends on the strength of the shot too. | | | | Status: Offline

| I read it takes a day for 1000IU to leave the system. I had Ovitrelle 250mg which is about 6000IU, but I think the usual dose is 10,000IU. |
