These were norma run of the mill lab ones where they check for count, motility and morphology, each time they were all low.
Then our FS had him do the big one, done by scientists where they spin and wash the sperm and are able to check for DNA fragmentation damage. This showed a very high % of damage. Well, 39% but when they cannot do IVF when more than 29% is damaged, well, it doesn't look good.
He can't given us any reason as to why they're so damaged. If it was only damage then maybe we would be ok, but its EVERYTHING.
DH is currently seeing a naturopath that think she can get the sperm heaps better, but i've lost all faith and hope, i'm just cynical, but who the hell can blame me. We wasted 6 months on an accupunturist and chinese medicine Dr who specialised in infertility and that got us know where.
Next monday we have to fly to the city (we could drive the 10hrs but then we'd need to pay for accomodation and find sitters for our animals) there and back in a day for another test.
I just have lost all fight I had in me...I feel this is all over, its just too much, I can't take all of this.
I don't think i'll be around the forums anymore, I just need to try and find something enjoyable in my life, right now I find enjoyment or hope in nothing.
