I Don't Have Cysts!!

Well just back from hospital after my ultrasound, was told I should have had a full bladder, which I didnt as there was no mention of it in the leaflet I was given!!

Sonographer said I could go and drink lots of water and come back in an hour or so, but with bigger women such as myself (bloody cheek!! lol) it is better to do an internal scan......so you get the jist, me lying there knickerless with my ass up on a cushion (how attractive!!) with a giant probe with a condom and ky jelly shoved up my fanjeeta LMAO!!

Basically I dont have any cysts whatsoever on my ovaries and no signs of endo so I guess I'm back to square one again.

I still have 2 months worth of progesterone which I will take and after that I spose its back to the doctors for me AGAIN!!

I have to start taking the pills again on Saturday (3rd cycle) but this month has been weird, loads of EWCM, sore bbs, what I remember to be OV pains but then it might just be my mind playing tricks on me.

I suppose taking progesterone wont do any harm, the doc said it might balance my hormones and kick start my cycles, hopefully thats whats been going on the last couple of weeks.

I personally dont know whether to laugh or cry, its good that I dont have PCOS but its not good thats theres no medical reason for my problems!!!

Lisa xx

At least there's nothing seriously wrong hun. I understand how you feel frustrated that they can't find any reason why you're not getting pg, but at least you know that everything is doing what it should do.

The only thing is, if I havent got cysts on my ovaries, and I'm not getting period then does that not mean there is nothing at all happening with my ovaries? I'm just confused! Hope the doc continues to give me progesterone, I feel normal having periods again!

I'm glad you don't have PCOS, though I understand how at least it would've given you an answer. Looking up at the monitor and seeing all the cysts really sucks though. I hope they figure something out for you soon!
