I dont know if this is normal with PCOS but i have just finished my 1st pack of cilest BCP so i am now on my week break, but AF still hasn't turned up. I took my last pill tuesday evening and thought she would of shown her face by now. I never had this problem when i was previously on the pill and am a bit concerned. I have been having cramps for days but nothing else! Its so frustrating as i am hoping the pill will regualte things so we can start TTC. Is this common with the pill? Thanks in advance

My AF didnt turn up untill 7 days after the last pill. If its not arraived by the time your due to start the next lot then maybe see your doctor?

Mine were all over the place even when on the pill. Sometimes it would not show up at all, sometimes there was spotting in the middle. Mine mostly showed up on the seventh day, if at all.

Thanks ever so much for the replies, i am going to give it another month on the pill and take it from the as i have been all over the place since feb! I am getting all the cramps and pmt but nothing else lol..thanks again xxx
