I'm Currently Feeling:

bad reaction to the trigger shot and follistim

For the last few days, I have been having a very painful "pulling" sensation by my ovaries, and have been extremely nauseated. I spoke to the nurse today, and it appears as if I am very dehydrated and have a mild case of hyperstimulation ovarian syndrome. I have to stay off my feet the next couple of days and drink lots and lots of fluids. The only thing that I can take for the pain is Tylenol just in case I AM pregnant.

I BETTER be pregnant having to deal with all this crap!

OMG! I am really sorry to hear this but I hope things feel better for you soon. The doctor didn't ask you to come to to be double-checked? That seems weird but maybe it isn't?

Good luck, Honey! I really hope this is it for you!

If I am still feeling bad tomorrow, I need to call the office and they will want to see me. Apparently with the amount of follistim they had me on, they were not suprised I had this reaction. It was mentioned in the huge stack of paperwork I got from the office that it was a risk... I guess I should have read it a little better!
