That definitely hit a nerve. Some people are brilliant at getting the message across about how it feels.

think I'll have to pluck up the courage to watch it at the mo. If i watched it now, I fear I'd never stop crying!!!

thats was so hard to watch it gives a good insight on what ppl go through and what they need from friends and family rather thasn telling them to relax
