I'm Currently Feeling: | Losing weight with PCOS to help with TTC! Well after allowing myself a couple of weeks to let the news sink in about having PCOS i have decided to pull my finger out and try to lose some weight. I am not massively overweight but have heard that shifting a few pounds may help with TTC. I am currently back on the pill to let my body have a break and to try help regulate things. I have been trying to eat a low GI diet and so far have lost 5lb in 2 weeks Is there anything else i can do or try as we are desperate for another baby and i want to try to help my body as much as i can. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated Thanks in advance. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi there, I would really recommend Slimming World actually. I've been following it since Xmas and LOVE it, plus it's the only plan recommended by Royal College of Midwives to follow during pg and bfing, so lookking ahead to when we get our bfp's it means we can continue right through if we wish and be super healthy mommas! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks for the reply, my sister in law followed the slimming world plan and lost loads of weight with it. I like the GI plan and like i say have lost a few pound from it so far. The other thing i forgot to ask is,, are there any pcos sufferers that have problems with pains in the pelvic bone? For the last few days i have been really aching and its blooming annoying me now. Right i am off to ring my sister in law to see if she still has all her meal plans. Thanks again |
