Every day? I was put on Duphaston first when I had bleeding at 10wks pg. Then when we started TTC no.2 they put me back on it to regulate my periods. I am supposed to take it (1 tablet) from Ov for 10 days. I have been very naughty and not taken it for the last few months, but I am all set to go tomorrow (think I'm gonna get my temp rise tomorrow morning!) like a good girl. For the months that I did take it, I had bang on 27-day cycles with no spotting. The months that I haven't taken it I have had mid-cycle bleeding and pre-AF spotting, so it does seem to work for me.

How long have u been on it?

i started it on the 6th may... my geane told me to wait till i came on.. i was spotting then so started and the spotting lasted couple of days... so not sure if it was beginning of af that duphaston cut short or just a 3 day spot...

was not told anything about taking it certain days.. just twice a day for 3months then a review....

and know as no proper af since th april im starting to think (well hope is more the word!!) i could be pg... as some symptoms starting....

oh so very confused now.... so do u just take it for a few days a month?

I have the same problem actually. Not sure what to do...
Kipps, if you read this can you tell me if you are still in the same situation or if you did get your af finally...? did you have to stop taking duphaston to get af? I am so confused!
