Hi ladies, i'll try and keep this to the edited version..but would appreciate some advice.
Over the last few months i have been having a few problems .. first of all coming off the depo injection, irregular/light/no AF and then having 2 false positive preg tests. My dr done my bloods which proved negative and booked me for a scan which i have just come home from.
The sonogropher said ovaries looks like i may have pcos but obviously this will have to be confirmed by my dr once she see's the report. There were no cysts but it was something to do with what i can only describe as what looked like big bubbles in there.
So now i am kinda freaked out and wondering if i do have it what happens next? I am puzzled as i am just coming upto 28 and have children! i thought this was generally diagnosed earlier!
Sorry for the essay but i am so worried at the moment as the odds of having another baby are against us due to my hubby having a testicle removed from cancer. Thanks in advance.

dont be too worried.. my friend has severe pcos and endo... she had one fallopian tube and ovary removed and was told she would only conceive with ivf if at all.. then her boyf had a testicular cancer scare and was told due to this he has very low sperm count..

she gave birth in jan to twin boys... with no help from ivf or any other fertilty help... they are also non identical so they managed to fertilise 2 eggs ....

dont panic ... when i had an ultrasound they thought i was poss developing PCOS but it turned out to be fine!! hold off the worrying until they confirm it hun!!

Hi Ladies, i have just had a phone call from my Dr and been informed that i have indeed got PCOS! All this on my birthday too! I am in with my Dr tomorrow morning to get the ball rolling with regards to what we do next. Thanks for the support and advice everyone

Well just a quick update, Between me and the Dr we have decided that for now i am going to go back on the pill..I am going on the GI diet and am aiming to lose 2 stone also we are giving up smoking. After 6 months we are then going to look at TTC . If we have no luck my Dr will refer us to a fertility specialist. So fingers crossed that between the pill and the weight loss i will be posting in the BFP area within a year! Thanks for all the support and advice its been highly appreciated.
