HI all, I have already intro'd myself briefly on the other boards, intro and TTC, then just spotted this one and thought I could post in here too as we have unexplained fertility and are having tests etc..
I'm 35 next month, hubby is 36 and we've been under fertilty consultant for a year now.
I have two teens, hubby has no children. We've been trying well over 2 yrs now to conceive our first child together.
I had had a couple shots of depo ( aka the devil drug *fume* ) and then on top of that to deal with hubby got dx as being Epileptic last summer, his meds we found out recently can zap the sperm so he got retested and we are awaiting his results ( get them 22nd May).
As for me, initial blood tests were fine apparently, had internal scan, nothing showed up of concern, and on cd8 this cycle I had my tubes flushed ( HSG) and that showed no problems either.
Our next appoitnemt at hospital is on 3rd June, so not long to wait, and I will be wanting to know where do we go from here, I shan't let them leave us hanging another year with not much done!
ANyway, I am cd30/32 today, had horrid cramps for first time ever on Monday, constiaption since and zingy nipples - I am scared to test though, too many !! Just hoping that the gossip I heard about 9/10 women having tubes flushed get pg very quickly after - is actually true!
