Surrogacy

Hi Everyone
Just wanted to tell you about our surrogacy journey.
I have a heart condition and therefore cannot carry a child for this reason, we joined an organisation back in March 2007, we were very lucky to be offered help in May 2007.
We have under gone two host surrogacy attempts the first ending in a miscarriage at 5 weeks, the 2nd we tested , after alot of thought and we all took some time out we decided to go down the straight route.
Will update of our special journey as time goes on.

Good luck to all you members ttc and good luck with your journeys
Lots of Love
Melissa & Justin

a friend of mine has decided she would like to explore th route of surrogacy as she has had 2 successful pregnancies and would know like to give this gift to another couple, im amazed and applaud her, i think its fabulous for someone to be able to do that for someone else,

i wish you all the luck and success in the world on your journey for a child

Good luck, you should start a journal, I'd be interested in hearing about your journey. My OH and I have also discussed this route, I've just had some surgery which I'm hoping will mean I have the chance to carry my own, but if not then it's something we'd consider. What do you mean by the "straight route"? Adoption?

Hi Everyone
Thanks for your replies and your good luck wishes, I am sure one day we will become a mummy and daddy.

Faerie - straight surrogacy is where the surrogate uses her own eggs and home insems the intended parents fathers sperm.

bigbelly2 - thanks for your reply, if your friend whats to learn and know more about surrogacy, she should perhaps become a member of Miracles Do Happen [removed by admin] as there is alot of information on the board and it will also give her an opportunity to speak to other surrogates and ask any questions she may have.

Will update you all if I get some news to share.
Lots of Love

Hello and welcome to BnB!
I congratulate you and your OH in deciding to be parents, I'm considering being a surrogate mother for one of my auntie's since she can't/doesn't want to HAVE the baby herself, and it seems like a wonderful route, although not meant for everybody. Maybe you were just meant to have the baby some other way. Good luck!

This was nothing more than a chance to spam a link! That you seen had been removed & got in again

Like you have done in other places - Own the website concerned? One way you are connected and its a pretty sly attempt of spam.
