Fertility Specialist

We've finally got an appointment to see a FS, after waiting about 6 months for our GP to referre us, i got the letter thu this morning conferming the appointment and that a gynaecology nurse practitioner is going to look at our history and see if any tests are needed to be done before we see the Specialist.. but then it says further down that the clinician will now review our referal details and then they may decide that we no longer need the appointment or that we should have tests done before we are seen.

6 months ago my OH's 1st SA wasn't that good, but he's been taking vits and recently done a 2nd and to me thats fine, 31% motility and 87,000,000 count and my 21 day blood test came back fine. we can get pregnant it just takes a while, took us a year and half to get our 2nd BFP, so will they do more tests if i'm ovulating or will they decide we don't need help?

Thanks
