Reflexology, herbal, vitimin remedies??

Just wondered if anyone had any views (success stories?!) about any of the above. 14 months since we stopped using contraception and after no hint of a pregnancy and another really depressing bfn last month I have gone mad for the herbal stuff and am considering paying out for a fertility reflexology treatment.

So starting this month I am now taking...

Pregnacare instead of just folic acid plus spirilina tablets and milk thistle.

Also instead of just green tea I've started on raspberry leaf (good for toning the uterus?! - bad for stopping implantation so I think just up until OV), Gingseng for stress
Valerian tea to help me sleep

Also trying to cut alcohol and caffine completely (though a cup of tea a day is hard to resist) and get some decent exercise twice a week.

Feels extremely frustrating as there is always something more I could do! I am ovulating according to charting and blood tests, my cycle is an average length, I'm not over or underweight and neither is DH - the only obvious, non-medical thing i can think of is stress, hence the ginseng and valerian tea's and considering the reflexology. I think this is all probably a sign of the increasing desperation but any views would be great. Sometimes feel you are banging your head against a brick wall! Any suggestions would be gratefully received

I think it would be a good idea for both of you to get checked. It will at least put ur mind at ease.

Good luck!

Thanks to both of you. Currently 3 months through a 7 month waiting list at the Assisted conception referral unit and DH is waiting on seminal sample results - hopefully hear sometime this week what they come back with. It's very frustrating just having to wait to see someone - I only found out it the waiting lists was 7 months long this afternoon Still, it's reassuring that other people are in the same boat

I'm currently having acupunture...which has apprently got really great success rates, i have it once every two weeks at my GP's. I've only had three sessions so far but it certainly makes me feel very chilled out.

Careful with the green tea - it is supposed to be good for ewcm but bad for folic acid absorbtion.
