Mrs impatient!

Waiting for my consultation next week and I can't help but feel a bit negative about everything at the moment.

So many ladies have had such good results with ICSI treatment which is fantastic and I can't help but read and think wow such success rates someone's gota be in the negative bit where it doesn't work!

I'm so nervous whether it will work for us. I know I have to be positive and some days I do feel I am. I know at 25 age is on my side, I don't know if it really makes that much difference tho.

Feels like time is standing still for us at the moment! I'm dying to crack on with it and I think that's why I'm starting to feel anxious about it as I'm sat here waiting to start and reading others fantastic stories which is so great to see and hear but fills me with apprehension too!

Does anyone else feel like this?

Hun I am feeling exactly like this. Yesterday I was looking at success rates and I kept thinking some one has to be the not successful ones.
But we got to keep positive and strong. Ur really close to ur BFP so don't doubt it. U will get there.

Loads of Luck!

Thanks bigfoot and annmc. We're not far away now! The success stories are really encouraging so here's hoping we're more of the lucky ones that get our BFP's soon!!!

It's really good to hear that I'm not the only one that is feeling like this!

xx

I had the exact same feelings that you ladies are having now. The more BFPs that I congratulated led to mixed feelings. On one hand youre delighted for that person and it gives you hope that treatment can be successful against the odds.

Then on the other hand you think oh no far too many BFPs, bound to be a negative soon and it will be me. That's exactly what I thought. But you know what I was wrong. I think right before treatment starts can be a really anxious time and each day feels like a lifetime.

Keep your chins up and stay positive.

I'm hoping to start IVF in May/June...we'll see...I'm tired of waiting though, uggghhh!!
